Question for my tuned folks, what do you so when road tripping and unable to find 93 (if running a 93 map).
I ask because 93 is readily available near me, but often surrounding states only have 91. Many previous road trips I've had to use 91 and even 89, because thats all they've had. Even when searching online for higher octane gas stations.
Im currently not tuned, but wonder what everyone does in these scenarios?

If you have a compatible base map flash a 91 octane before the trip.
or carry octane booster

If your on a 93 map and can only find 91 just don’t drive the car hard.

A lot of states don't have 93 anymore. AZ used to have it but it never came back one year and has been only 91 for the last 20+ years. Don't know why 89 even exists at this point.

i would run a 91 map to be safe. or just revert to stock. not worth the risk.
