2024 started to get a vibration when driving at highway speeds. The vibration was in the steering wheel and seat - also had brake pedal pulsation. I took it to the dealership as it is still under warranty. They said my rotors needed machined (no caliper sticking, brake pads still around 7-8 mm). They did that and it took the brake pulsation away but the vibration in the seat and floor was still there. I had the tires checked and they were only ever so slightly out of balance. I still have a vibration - but its a different feeling. Almost feels like the tires are bouncing or skipping. I can feel it in the floor, seat and very little in the steering wheel. Tires are good, no belts, bubbles, rims are not damaged - nothing visible.

What else could be the issue? Not sure where else to look and the dealership seems to just be dismissing the issue since its still under warranty.

You need to be more specific of when you are having the issue. Is it only when you are hitting the brakes? all of the time? at 40mph, 70mph? i always suggest trying to take the tech on a ride with you or have them drive bc the vibration you are feeling could have been completely different from what the tech is feeling/seeing - this also ideally takes out guesswork and any confusion.

The vibration is always there but felt more at speeds higher than 50+ I had a tech drive it and they thought it was tire related which is why the balance was done. We still have a vibration and not sure where to go because the dealership keeps dismissing the complaint and says that its been fixed but it has not been, even with a tech riding with me.

I would take it to a different shop (are there other honda dealers or honda certified places by you?) - maybe one with a road force tire balancer and see if they find more. Could be a tire, wheel, suspension parts, alignment?

the balance was done at a different shop. I stopped going to the dealership because they said there was nothing else wrong.

probably the stock Goodyear tires. they are a bit noisy/rough. especially around 37-42 mph
my si has Pirellis on it. It’s not a noise issue and it’s never been a rough ride until about 1.5 weeks ago when all this started

If this is the case then I'd suggest rotating the tires and trying to see if the shake seems to be coming more from the front/back/left/right - if it changes then you have a wheel/tire problem and if it doesn't then you have a suspension/steering issue (most likely). Did either shop already do any of this? (they should have)
Considering you now have two places saying they cant find anything - have you hit a big pothole, curb, or anything notable around the time you started to notice the issue?

We have not tried the rotation option yet, but the 2nd shop did suggest trying that next. I have not hit anything though the roads in Columbus suck. That was the first thing both shops asked. The dealership (first shop) said it was the rotors doing it - machined them and said come get it. When there was still a vibration, they said they did not feel or see anything (did not suggest anything else and when i looked at the paperwork, nothing about what they said, made sense). I took it to another non-dealership shop, who did my balance (every tire was just slightly off - less than .25 oz) They got all the tires fixed and said to try that to see if it makes any difference and while it does not vibrate as hard, there is still a vibration. I guess the rotation will be the next step.

Yeah, this is why i say try to take the person with you - im guessing your rotors were warped and the tech felt that vibration when hitting the brakes and didnt feel what you are (i know you took someone with you - just reinforcing that). Not saying they shouldn't have asked more questions first by any means.
Yes, rotate the tires and see where it goes. Sounds like a bent wheel or a bad tire to me.
just FYI it would be unlikely for you to feel a wheel being off 0.25oz - unfortunately it sounds like the second shop could have done a better job at paying attention to the wheels while balancing (to see if they are visibly bent) or done a little more (like rotating the tires while you were there - unless you declined it) to help narrow down your issue.

I wanted to try the balance route first to see if or how much of a difference it made. While it did make a difference, now the vibration feels different but in the same general area. The shop did not see anything wrong with the tires or rims. I even inspected while they did it.

Well cool! then hopefully its just a crap tire.
A lot of assuming goes on when trying to help and hopefully i didn't offend you or anything.

How long have the tires been on this vehicle? If well before the issue with vibration started and no unusual wear patterns have occurred then a damaged tire or thrown wheel weight are the most likely issue. As suggested, try moving fronts to rear and see if vibration changes.

These are the tires that came on the car (Pirellis)They have 23k miles on them. Tires are now balanced so my next step will be a rotation. Tire wear is the same and nothing unusual. No belts or bulging.
