Not sure if this is the right thread or not, forgive me, but I have an unboxed OEM Carbon Fiber Wing for sale for only $25,000. PM me if interested.
Would you accept $26,000?

Installed a Mugen knob for a more low profile setup. Could’ve gone Poco for cheaper (and shorter) but I love the way this looks. There’s a slight mismatch in the size of the knob’s flat bottom and the collar so I might end up swapping in an Acuity collar down the road to see if it’s a better fit.

Not the best picture but I also installed some Rally Armor. I know it’s a controversial look on the R but I like it and I’m looking forward to having a little more protection on the wheel arches.

Yeah, sounds like production may be suspended and/or further orders may be paused…which really sucks. I’m sure they’ll figure it out, but my fomo is definitely pinging. 🤣 As this announcement is in Japanese, it makes me wonder if this only affects Japan (for now)? I understand there’s only one factory making these parts, but distribution to other regions is probably different…and perhaps won’t see the dip in production? Then again, as this news gets around, folks are gonna be snatching up parts…so
I ordered the carbon pack (wing, centre console and sill protectors) in the UK. I haven't heard anything about delays and they took my money, so fingers crossed the 3/4wks delivery estimate holds out..!

I don’t think it suffers at all, but I may be wrong. From my understanding the wing is more for rotation thru hard corners than downforce.

Any rear wing will cause some drag, and the bigger the wing, the more drag. Just curious if there are specs anywhere on this CF wing. Not sure what you mean by "more for rotation". Wings are for downforce and cornering speed will increase because of that.

Regarding rotation thru corners, it’s something I read. Can’t remember where, but I know it was from an article somewhere or maybe a technical blurb from Honda. I’d have to search for it unless someone else here knows what I’m referring to. A larger wing doesn’t automatically create more drag. It depends on the geometry.
