Installed Spoon springs, Spoon rigid collars, Eibach rear camber kit, and RV6 downpipe today. Good lord the downpipe is so loud with my AWE Touring exhaust...Probably increased the sound by at least 10db. Definitely be careful putting this thing on if you care about a modest sound.

I'll work on getting a video uploaded this weekend.
Would really like to see this video. Installing my dp tonight from TSP, and have AWE touring on the way. Seeing dp’s paired with Apexi and Milltek, and neither seemed too loud at all.

Are these stick ons or replacement pieces? Don’t remember seeing it in the brochure at the dealership.

@MSRP FL5 Thank you. I was hoping maybe you found a less expensive, but equally reputable, source for those parts. Dream is pretty expensive, but at least they’re legit…which may be worth the extra cost to save potential headaches later. I’ll probably just bite the bullet and buy from them.šŸ™‚

Tegiwa just started listing a bunch of the OEM and other carbon parts, they are not inexpensive though by a long shot.

It's great these carbon fiber pieces are easier to source. I'm certain @JDM_DOHC_SiR can agree these parts were somewhat of a challenge to locate/source late last year and early this year. Dream, Tegiwa, Blackhawk, JDM Yamato, and a handful of dealerships can get these parts for you.

Pro tip: If you live in the United States and order from a company in Europe, they can make you a custom VAT free order. That will save you ~21% on the order since prices typically include VAT. Not sure if this applies to other countries.

Drove it hard, weather today was cooler then average and low humidity, and I definitely felt a little more pep.

As a DD, I sometimes go days without really driving it hard and forget how capable this thing really is. It's a true dual purpose car, it can do routine commute/DD stuff extremely well, and then just like that, it can flip into a machine if you chuck it into an offramp. Awesome stuff, looking fwd to my upcoming track day with it.

Installed the RV6 downpipe too. I think I'm going to hold off on getting an exhaust as I like how it sounds right now. Did you get a cel after installing the downpipe?

No, you shouldn't get a CEL with the RV6.

Downpipe install! Pretty straight forward. Doing it with a jack and some jackstands gonna add you a couple hours probably 🤣. Running TSP tune right now, and the car runs amazing. Also unplugged the fake engine noise, and the dp sounds nice. Still real quiet tho. AWE touring going on hopefully next week šŸ¤˜šŸ½
