Swapped out my leather wrapped Mugen for this knob, this is the Razo RA-66 from Carmate Japan. At 400 grams it’s one of heaviest on the market. After a couple weeks of use, I believe if you plan to upgrade your knob always go for one that’s heavier than 250 grams. It has completely smoothed out the 1-2 shift clunkiness that occurs from time to time.

Ended up with another shift knob, Mugen Alcantara, I must admit this is my favorite and does not get hot during the summer. This will be my new summer shift knob. You also get the shorter height, perfect with the Seeker Super Shift.

Haven't heard the name Razo since the late 90s early 2000s lol

That is the coolest shift knob I've seen, it looks so sleek. Do you know if they have one that doesn't have the carbon fiber look?

Exactly. Now I want one. But not for the FL5. Need to put in a broadway mirror.

It only comes in faux carbon, Happy Racer Development has something that’s a very similar style.

I always use a windshield cover when parked and all my windows are ceramic tinted, so the metal shift knob would get warm at most but not uncomfortable to hold. Metal shift knobs burning my hand on a hot day have never been an issue for me. I have the Skunk2 shift knob, it's a hefty one @ 440g. It's slightly smaller and less slippery than the OEM knob. Shifting feels great mated with the Acuity Shifter.
