What did you do to your FL5 today?

Installed driver and passenger SUMA side view mirrors. Confirmed BLIS and heaters are working. Nice to have the larger field of view.

Oh nice. I ordered on that group buy but haven't received them yet I think they are delayed until June or something. Is the blue tint too dark at night? I park on the street and already have difficulty seeing the curb, backup lights aren't bright enough to see much in the mirror.

I didnt technically do anything but finally pulled the trigger on a set of wheels. Just need to find some tires now and get them mounted. Hopefully by the end of the month

So haven’t driven at night with the yet, just at dusk. Yes it is a bit darker during dusk and happily the blue tint isn’t strange looking or noticeable during the day.

So drove it at night and IMO the SUMA side mirror blue tint is not too dark for night driving. Keep in mind my windows do not have a tint applied so maybe if someone has a dark window tint PLUS the SUMA tinted mirrors they may have a problem seeing at night

Whats going on with the Torque in the lower RPMs? Is there some boost/timing issues that are limiting it? Its down 125ftlbs at 3500rpm over stock and 70-80hp. There has to be some issue there unless this is a turbo off a Semi Truck.

In short, the PRL P700 has a LOT of unrecognized potential here as we are currently working within the limitations of the factory fueling system. Another 100+ WHP would be nothing if the fuel was there. However to gain all of this ability up top you do sacrifice torque down low with a slower spool. We are exploring some further testing with a smaller turbo that we expect to perform better overall when working within the bounds of the factory fuel system.
