Any pics, I was wondering how they'd look? I was feeling the design and figured it'd be perfect.

I installed a Bash (belly) Plate from Project Aero. It is much more robust than the OEM belly pan and it has access panels for the oil drain bolt & oil filter.

I was debating on this. With the shipping it is about the same price as the WOT cooling plate.

Function>Form. I doubt that will work nearly as well as WOT.

So I had a fun day yesterday installing the KTuned short shifter and rear vent and USB charging ports. Let me start off by saying this is not designed for the FL5 from the get. Unless they messed up somewhere with the description and pictures. But i had to cut 1.5” from the front mount plate so the communication cable can go under the shifter body. This shifter also sits higher than oem on its lowest setting, which is kinda frustrating because i wanted the shifter to sit lower than the oem one. I’ve reached out to Ktuned to see what they say and sent them pictures. On the plus side the gate and throw feels short and solid. With smooth engagement.

Soooo let me reiterate my previous post, “i’m a dumbass”. I should’ve watched their YT video on the install, lol. They have you lift the cable clip off the body of the car and move it to the side of the shifter and install it that way. I just cut off a piece of the mounting plate and kept my cable in place. Lol. Also Ktuned reached back to me and stated they made their shifter to he higher because people have asked for taller shifter settings for race and drag applications. They didn’t think of us street tuned guys lol. I managed to lower the shifter rod 1 point lower so now it sits at OEM which i’m ok with, given the throw and gate are what really matters to me. Overall the shifter feels great. I’ll try to post a vid soon.

Here’s a short video of how tight and short the shifter movement is.

I installed the FK8 HKS Super SQV4 onto my FL5. I am confirming that it works mounts perfectly. Didn't have to buy any extra silicone hoses. The kit did not cause a check engine light. The HKS install instructions worked great (there's pictures hahaha).

The kit was ordered from Two Step Performance, great customer service and shipping. Part # HKS71008-AH009, link https://www.twostepperformance.com/products/hks-super-sqv-4-honda-civic-type-r-fk8

I had to remove the PRL intercooler charge pipe upgrade kit to install the HKS FK8 charge pipe. There is no need to buy a different silicone for the HKS FK8 charge pipe to go onto the throttle body. you can use the OEM silicone.

The sound is amazing, I highly recommend it :)
