You probably also miss the capless gas cap on your old Acura. Even the FK8 was capless but FL5 goes backwards

Probably because Acura is ahead of Honda with respect to technology (and of course luxury). It’s a marketing thing. Typically, after a few years, technology from Acura trickles down to Honda while Acura is onto the next advancement.

Yeah I get it. Got to make some compromises somewhere. I prefer the simplicity of the Honda tbh. I recently got rid of my 2012 TSX wagon at 200K miles. The tech in it was really starting to wear down poorly.

I’m the same way. I prefer my personal vehicles to be simple. Our family vehicles, however, I want them to feel like I’m driving the couch and have all the convenience features.

One thing that's driving me crazy since switching - why did they put a USB-C port in the integra but not the civic..

It's baffling considering all of the other 11th gen Civics have USB-C

Sold my DE5 a few months ago.. two months later, I missed the driving experience and found my dream FL5 in RED so I had to pull the trigger. To the dark side - we'll see how long it stays stock. Every car I tell myself I'm keeping it OEM and it doesn't seem to stay that way for long so I'm not saying anything this time around Terrible financial decisions can be seen on my IG: @ joemamadrives

275/35 18x9.5 +40 (I think? or 38 but it's close). Lowered on H&R springs.

The orchid interior looks amazing - but in my experience, the edges where the black suede material touches the white leather on the seat turns blue.. I'm assuming due to color rubbing off.
