Yes that’s to be expected but I still think it might be worth the trade off at least for me. I feel like I saw so many people saying they planned on doing this but no one commenting on this thread lolIt’s a 4% chance in diameter. You’d by throwing the speedo off by a bit so be mindful

Check these out in Satin Black...I like the look of the OEM wheels and would prefer to keep them the same.
I was also thinking to do the same, just to add a bit more sidewall and comfort while keeping the suspension geometry unaffected as the offset and wheel is not changing. The 18x9.5 ET45 are nice with 265/35R18s, but that 15mm will affect the suspension geometry - scrub radius, etc.I like the look of the OEM wheels and would prefer to keep them the same.
Is the scrub radius unaffected by a thicker sidewall and overall larger tire diameter?I was also thinking to do the same, just to add a bit more sidewall and comfort while keeping the suspension geometry unaffected as the offset and wheel is not changing. Putting 265/35R19 tires on the OEM 19"s will give you the same sidewall height (and comfort) as 265/35R18s on an 18". Yes, a bit more unsprung mass, and a 4% speedo change, but OEM look and OEM suspension geometry unchanged.
