Go with derek Robinson and remote tune on a dyno or just remote tune. You could tap jester on the forum as well as a couple of others I believe and do the same thing.

As @Websitesdown mentioned, either of the tuners mentioned (probably others too) can tune your car remotely on a dyno. So you need to find someone with a dyno you can rent time on in your area, and the tuner can coordinate the rest. In fact, I would highly recommend using one of the well known tuners mentioned on this forum over someone who might have less experience. You should contact a tuner and find out how it all works.

There aren't really any tuners in WA or OR for the modern Honda platforms. You'll have to likely use one of the remote tuners in other parts of the country.

A remote dyno tune is a real dyno tune. You just rent the dyno and pay the tuner and they remote into your laptop while you're at the dyno and tune it for you via computer.

A street tune by someone that knows what their doing beats a random dyno tune anyday. But as others have stated, several talented tuners will offer a remote dyno tuning service if desired.
