Here's another product to add to the consideration set. It appears to be of high quality and it's priced at a premium to FlapFab at $145 shipped. I like that it's aluminum instead of plastic and it comes with the OEM Honda clips that will inevitably implode upon installation.
These look nice! I had already ordered the Flapfab ones but now that I've got them in hand they feel kinda cheap and overpriced for $80 IMHO. I guess if it saves a rock from chipping something they'll be worth it though.

IMO, unless they are full flaps... just DIY it's SO much cheaper. The $20 roll I bought can do a lot more cars, if anyone is down in SoFla I'd be happy to help them do it for free from the leftovers I have.

Anyone buy fx3d designs ones? I ordered them and they came in and they look solid. I like how the mesh guard is a separate piece and everything seems well made. I haven’t installed them yet cause I’m finally getting my ppf done next week but can post photos after. It’s also like $100 for a full set of front and rear so not too exp

I had never heard of them either but ran across it on a Reddit post the other week so figured I’d give it a try
Definitely share your unboxing and installation pics and impressions for us. 🙂

Came well packaged, even had an extra cardboard sleeve in the envelope for rigidity? And printed instructions were included. I’ll have pics end of next week of installed look. But even inside the front and rear bags the smaller pieces are packed in individual bags too

Has anyone got any road rash from not installing guards? I have some sitting in the garage, but after 4k miles, including winter driving, I have no damage.

@JAMSXR No, I don’t think so. They’re mostly a precautionary thing and most options are inexpensive. I think the vents definitely benefit from some protection…even if to just help keep debris from collecting in there.

Considering where I've seen marks/strikes... probably not? A lot of dirty water gets flushed through the vents but probably not going to damage paint that way. I just like the look of flaps in general, I think I'm used to seeing them on cars so it seems naked without.
