I have ramps and still need a pair of 2 x 12 to get onto the ramps with to avoid damage to the front bumper and I'm not lowered. Even have larger than OEM diameter tires.
I just jack my car up to put it on ramps. Same situation. I just use the ramps backwards since the jack ends up being where the sloped part of the ramp would be otherwise.

got it! thanks! will purchase a ramps.
I made my own for less than 20 bucks. Picked up a damaged 2x10 from the lumber yard and had them cut it. 2 3ft pieces and 2 2ft pieces, which i screwed together. Worked a treat

I worked through this problem last summer, and ended up with some reasonably priced longer ramps that work perfectly. I bought mine in Canada, but see similar ones (probably all from same Chinese factory) online in the USA. You can see my oil change video at

I show the ramps just after the 2 min mark.

I use a small jack (2 ton) to slightly jack up one side from front pinch weld. Then use my 3 ton jack to raise from the front center jack point (deep under the front end).

Then I use two jack stands under the front pinch welds.

I also put a jack or two behind the jack stands, that is just barely touching the actual pinch weld which is covered by the rocker molding.
