I don’t know how this guy finds time to be a surgeon, tune cars, reply to my PMs and work on the car.
I am not a surgeon but I do have to train in surgery as part of my training. Seen some pretty cool stuff.
My specialty will be something a lot more laid back.

Also I don’t sleep a lot.

MHI Stage 2.. what injectors?
MHI stage 2, stock injectors for now. I do have the XDI 1400’s but that will be a project for another day.

So it took a bit of time to get you guys an update had some issues with some hardware. So was working resolving that. I’m not 100% happy with the current downpipe so I might go with something else in the future but for now that will do.

What downpipe are you running right now?
It was a locally made one, o2 sensor placement required a 90 degree spacer. They did the neck down too wide and the tools don’t fit to tighten the titanium studs on the bottom side you can tell it was designed for use with stock hardware. Also the bolts provided for the downpipe to front pipe were too short.

Also little speed bump that I came across the titanium studs to the turbo/head hit the downpipe flange when going in so had to take off the studs of the downpipe to be able to get it to slide through. And then re install the studs.

Honestly the gains will be minimal if you go that route. Catted is very nice since it keeps the smell down and environment friendly.

Honestly the issue with my downpipe is that is was made for stock hardware. The titanium studs poke out a bit too much.

So car is done, did not have the time to put the XDI pump in or injectors that is a project for another day.

Initial basemap of the car feels solid, bumped up the boost to around 25psi with timing very conservative. Still have to play with VTC a little to see if I can make it spool a little quicker, but so far I’m loving the response and sound. Sounds like a jet airplane when spooling up. Stock fuel pump is holding good with a little blip of maxing out at around 6300-6600 rpms with a little drop in pressure. So I would say that is as comfortable as I am pushing the car until I install the XDI pump.

You can’t even tell the car is modified aside from the downpipe and BOV.

Dirty car since it has been sitting outside the garage since I can’t move the SRT-4 out due to HOA regulations.
