The JDM parts hater of the forum 😂 😂
I’m a hater for pointing out the obvious, ok keep paying for parts and waiting for them for years because of the excuse that they are a small business in 2026. While also seeing the same parts all over, but you didn’t get them the "legit" way pay for quality that doesn’t even fit properly. Sure, I’m the hater 😂.

Looks like they're 5.2kg/mm front and 5.3kg/mm rear. So... what the heck happened?

Hi @Unity Performance , have you gotten yours and installed them? Keen to get your feedback as the two cars in Australia that I know of who have fitted them, did not achieved the ride height that HKS was advertising, with no spacer HKS advertised 25mm/1" drop but both cars managed to only get 6mm drop.

I have mine still in the box and now I am hesitant to install it.

I’m potentially getting one for my FL5, and we’ve already placed an order to get one in stock as well for a customer. I am quite content with the drop and ride with H&R Sport for the past year, this would be the first product I’ve seriously considered to replace them as details say that the OEM ride characteristics are maintained and the drop is mild. Camber and height adjustment pretty much seal the deal.

Are there any posts from the installs you are referring to? I’m trying to keep a record of them.

Looks like the one active order I placed on launch day has been moved to mid-January ETA. Same with two other dealer orders placed on the same day.

Yes, I saw the TrustAlign post as well. It is a little disappointing for those who were set on the 1" drop and the camber adjustment.

To be fair, the pictured car looks to be running an 18" setup with 265/35 tires. Since I’m running 19x10 +40 with 265/35 tires, the H&Rs are the only confirmed setup I can run without rubbing, and maybe Spoon. The news that the drop is less than advertised only helps my case.

If it did lower as advertised I could have made the 1" drop work by maxing out the camber. For those who want to run 275/35, 285/30, 285/35, or 295/30, I don't think that this is a huge deal breaker either.

The second sets installed on the second car was also done at Trust Align but was not posted on their FB page. I was in contact with the car's owner, he showed me the before and after photos showing little to no difference in height drop. I don't have his permission to share the photo so I can't put it up here.

I am currently also running 18x10" with 265/35 tyres, but I have Eibach's Pro-Kit springs and am already getting 1" drop but it's a bit too low for daily drive. I was hoping that this HKS Touring kit let's me choose between 0.7" drop (1 spacer) or 0.5" drop (2 spacers) for my daily and back down to 1" drop (no spacer).

So now I am hesitant to install mine because the two cars that I know off who have fitted them both reported minimal to no difference in ride height even with no spacers, and the first car pictured below had reported just an additional 2mm drop after a week. I've been told by others that the spring may need to settle over time but I struggle to see how it can settle for another -17mm (to get to the -25mm advertised drop), unless someone with suspension experience here can confirm that this could be possible.

Here is it I managed to get the permission from the second owner who had it fitted 2 days ago.
