Everyone definitely installed their PRL HVI starting on 3/4/26

I assume you can just request a sticker from PRL. In the past with other manufacturers for different cars, I just needed to show proof of purchase and got a sticker in the mail.

Yes , PRL has a section on their website where they will ship out the sticker to you

I love that everyone talks shit on cali but it has some of the best car culture, has some amazing tracks, amazing weather so you can drive all year long.

It really does offer the best car cultures and tracks topped with awesome weather. My problem with California is the cost of “everything” is much higher.
Won’t get into the politics just wanted to share my opinion on why California sucks. Also had a new Taco lifted tires and all the fun stough had it about 9months and moved here form Oregon and they charged me sales tax even though I didn’t buy in Cali because I had it less then a year for a sum of over 5000.00 dollars to register it in California.

I submitted my request in March, and got it in 10 days. If you got an email confirmation after submitting the request, they are probably just backed up. Give them a call and see.

I've sent them two inquiries about a month apart and received email confirmations for both but haven't received the sticker yet.
