Considering ordering one. Is anybody else installed it and can share the experience? Preferably “long term review”

I installed the DSC suspension controller to replace the ITS ADS module which I've been using since a few weeks after getting the car.

Installation took about 15 minutes, I took the bracket off the CTR ADS, and kept the brackets on the ITS ADS

I took it for a ride over a short local canyon road, up and down a local mountain and back.

+R in the canyon and loved it, seemed more sure footed and confident. no harshness nor jittering teeth as with the original CTR ADS. DCS +R is definitely more usable, even on surface streets.

ITS ADS +R mode was not very usable, ITS ADS was less harsh than CTR ADS, but still fairly harsh.

DSC Comfort on the local rough roads to/from the canyon road was much more comfortable than ITS Comfort and even, dare I say, supple?

I did not yet try DSC in Sport mode

When I came home, my wife asked me why I was grinning. I attempted to explain, but she just could not get it...

Overall I am very happy.

Your overall positive comments are encouraging, focusing primarily on the ride quality and comfort. Have you been able to assess whether or not the handling and grip is compromised in the process, ie. Has the car added more roll, is the push better/reduced, and how does the car respond to aggressive direction changes, cornering and braking?

Hoping tge car has retained its overall great handling.

Only one short drive so far, and I did not attempt to push it even close to the limits.

Note that I do not track the car, I main goal was have more comfort for daily surface street and freeway drives, and +R when I go on fun drives.

DSC so far delivers on both.

To me the DSC is a jailbroken ADS module preloaded with 3 different mapped settings.

For the new FL5 owner. Welcome. I’d suggest driving the FL5 a bit longer before installing the DSC so you can get to experience the difference.
I agree with this sentiment.

After driving around with the DE5 ADS for months I ultimately reverted back to the FL5 ADS and prefer the factory one. Comfort with the Integra ADS was too soft and negatively impacted the handling of the car.

I understand the DSC isn't the same product but I recommend driving the car more before changing. I've learned that everyone's definition of stiff and soft are relative.

I share your priorities and purpose for adding the DSC, nor will I track my car, so the likelihood that I will routinely fully use the true capabilities of the car are remote. I do enjoy having the expanded capabilities, but limited to aggressive street/mtn driving. The key handling points for me are corner entry, mid=corner grip , and corner exit stability for navigating twisty backroads, but sufficient compliance to maintain grip and eliminate unsettling the car over bumpy/imperfect roads....and yes improved ride quality without the harshness.

I have my DSC sitting in the box and plan to install in a few weeks once the weather settles down and I can complete the 600 mi break-in.

Appreciate the feedback and DSC presentation info, so pass soon as I can put a few hundred miles on it I'll drop my thoughts too.

Thanks, I did not realize this when I purchased the DSC, but it makes perfect sense.

This weekend, second drive with the DSC, mostly highway driving in comfort mode, even at speeds far exceeding the speed limit, is comfortable and still fairly "supple".

I have a dash cam that beeps and saves the video each time it senses high G (aka accident). I got a lot less of these beeps with the DSC.

Yet the car felt solid and secure, no wallowing or swaying when changing lanes quickly at fast speeds or going over bumps.

The DSC indeed automagically firms up at higher speed and higher G turns (on-ramps)

Just got a DSC Controller myself. Cant wait to take it out on a drive later when its not so hot.

I will say that my only gripe so far, even though its hidden behind a panel, my OCD is hating that the labeling is upside down.
