Not sure where youâre located, but your dealershipâs service department must be horrendous for you to have such a pessimistic view and already thinking about legal action. Iâm trying not to think youâre just a negative person who canât be satisfied, honestly. Itâs hard to gauge where youâre coming from.Thank you so much and yes that is exactly what im doing, i have an appointment and well i just need paper trail. I know Honda will do nothing. Im just disappointed and yes i have to move on. Thank you for your advice, i just been on the hunt for information and did find others with similar issues. I just dont want to go through the whole legal process, i wish the so called Honda techs would be honest and fix it accordingly but they wont. They are told otherwise and thats what sucks.
You seem dissatisfied about something that may be very fixableâŠbut youâre just now taking steps to start the process with HondaâŠand havenât shared any video with us of what youâre describing. If you can hear and feel it, surely itâd come thru in a video, right? With this kind of info, maybe you could get more help (here and elsewhere), but youâve been so focused on explaining your disappointment that we only recently understood itâs a shifter issue and not gears grinding.
Maybe before you drop the car off, take a video and record what itâs doing. This can serve as both proof of your problem and you can share it here so we can all understand it better too.
