Mirror Color Change DIY

Yeah, Championship White and Honda’s normal white are pretty different. Championship White has a warmer “cream” tone to it. The standard white is much more of neutral white (not warm, nor cool). It would be very noticeable if the mirror caps weren’t the same white tone as the rest of the car.

Haven't tried these but thinking about getting these. I saw a YouTube video install of these and seemed to fit good.

I'm going to get razzed for this, but Championship White to me looks more like Eggshell White, or perhaps even... Snow Yellow.

Yeah. One of my other cars is "white". When they are parked close together in the garage, CW almost looks yellow in comparison. The difference is STARK.

Thanks for this thread! I just replaced my black caps with boost blue, Option #2. Came here after my caps arrived (Honda parts connection, like $33 and $35 for each) to figure out how hard/easy it was gonna be.

Done in like 2 minutes. Just using a long flathead to push that outer most clip enough to slide a panel tool or anything else really thin in the gap is all it takes to pry it loose.

Broke nothing, so I can go back to black later if I want. Thanks!
