Assuming TE37SL, they are built for Type R brake clearance. This spec will work and will not have issues with suspension or fenders even at stock height.

We cannot say the same for all wheels in this spec in terms of brake clearance, not all wheels are built the same and have different brake and spoke profiles.

With that setup, how do you find rocks and your paint after road grime? Do your sides get torn up or dirty as hell from the wheel setup you have. I’m hoping mud guards come out soon for this car. I’m not too worried but interested nonetheless. I’ve never had an issue with rocks/abrasive dirt, just mainly water spray on the sides

System Motorsports hooked me up with these Volk TE-37SL’s. 18x9.5 +45 offset, color - double pressed graphite. Tires are for daily use so went with an all season with more side wall, 255/40 R18. Lug nuts are from McGard

A look at the latest limited run finish - Limited to 5 production sets in each size. For FL5 Civic Type R, this is going to be the TE37SL in 18x9.5 +45 5x120 sizing with a concave face for the FL5 brakes + fenders.

Finish is Arms "Nardo" Gray, concave face.

First off, Michael B's CBP FL5 Civic Type R equipped with Rays Volk TE37 Saga SL 18x9.5 +45 5x120 in Pressed Graphite, Concave face.

Michael B's CBP FL5 Civic Type R equipped with Advan GT Premium 18x9.5 +38 5x120, paired with 265/35/18 tires. Color show is Dark Bronze Metallic.

Rallyre Red FL5 Civic Type R equipped with Rays Gramlights 57DR 18x9.5 +38 5x120 in Eternal Blue Pearl, and a 275-section width tire.

Lastly (for now), Boost Blue FL5 Civic Type R equipped with 19" Rays Volk TE037 6061 in Gloss Black. Configuration appears to be a 19x10 setup, and is a bit on the aggressive side and protrudes from the fenders, requiring fender work.

Our customer (USA_028) and his beautiful Championship White FL5 11th Gen Civic Type R equipped with #systemspec Volk TE37SL 18x9.5 +45 5x120. As flush as it gets!

Shown in Pressed Graphite, Concave Face. What is most astounding is that this car is equipped with 285/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S with no rubbing issues at +45 offset.
