I tried searching, but no luck. I just changed the oil on the 2024 1.5 Touring. There were 4 screws and 4 # 3 screws. I am looking for extra pieces. The front 2 appeared kind of (not stripped), but like someone already tried to remove them, which is strange as the car is brand new. I know to use the # 3 or you can strip them. I had to take out the DeWalt ratchet set and the # 3 was there, and needed a small adapter. They came off easily, and putting them back was easy as well.

A little bit of a PIA with that cover. The car has about 2,500 miles. The oil was pretty dark, and the filter looked ok. The dealer stated that they have many people who come in early (first break-in oil change) but the cost is out of pocket. So I purchased an OEM blue filter from Honda & used 3.7 Qts. of Mobil 1 Advanced Synthetic Oil. The oil level was spot on and the car has not consumed any oil. About 4.6 Quarts came out.

I am at 70% oil life. Once I reach 15%, I will bring in for the free oil and filter change.

Does anyone know where I can find these? There are plenty on Amazon. I do not want to purchase cheap stuff and have them come lose or not fit properly, rust, etc.

Heres an image with the PN I found back when I was looking for them. I ordered from Bernardi Honda.

Amazon has them.
Some of the Amazon ones don't have the shoulder on the screw. Look for some that do have the shoulder.

I have a mixture of OEM parts from the dealer and those from Amazon. I don't see a difference. The screws take a #3 Philips. A #2 is more likely to strip.

On Amazon, search for "honda lower engine cover screws".

TBH, the Amazon ones work out pretty well. I just buy a couple sets of these to have on hand, just easier and quicker since half the time my dealer doesn't have them in stock and needs to order them.

Thanks! Picked up some OEM at a decent price and discount, so it was worth it at the local dealer. Shipping threw everything off online.

I purchased 3 of the # 3 screws/bolts and 4 of the others, plus an OEM Oil Filter for about $27. So it was not that bad. I wanted OEM. Looked online and shipping is about the same.

What is more interesting, was the oil change at 2,443 miles. The car did not burn any oil. 3.5 Quarts came out, but some left in the filter and some spilled on the cardboard, so I was at 3.7 Quarts. I added exactly 3.7 Qts, and it appeared I was slightly low 1/8th of a quart, but the driveway may not be level. Felt good about the break-in oil change.

At 20,000 miles, I will perform a cold drain/fill for the CVT fluid. I find it ridiculous that the dealer wants $350-$400 for this simple drain/fill. Assuming 3-4 quarts, but not sure. The fill plug is wide open in the engine bay, and the drain plug is easy to get to as well. I will not overfill and let it spill out, as it may throw it off. Not sure at this time, and I have a while before I reach 20,000 miles.
