Hello! Pretty much wanted to know what springs y’all would recommend for the FL5? I don’t want a large drop, maybe an inch. Better handling (if possible)? But I don’t know anything about springs and wanted to see what y’all thought. Thanks!

I have H&R installed and ride quality increased, along with better dampening in R mode.

How much of a drop is this? Do you know? Thanks!
.75 Front
.60 Rear

There's a spring rate post that was listed by someone on the forum, I believe it was a small amount more than stock but not certain

I think you mean spring rate. Damping is what the shocks do.

Damping - a decrease in the amplitude of an oscillation as a result of energy being drained from the system to overcome frictional or other resistive forces.

Dampening - making slightly wet.

I love my eibach prokit which makes the wheel gap look even on the front and back.

Yep very big topic. Just read what is posted above. Find ones you are happy with drop wise.
All seem to keep the ride feel similar to factory. Spoon/Eibach and swift probably the most popular mentioned.

Eibach have the pro kit and sport line kit. Sport line being a lower drop.

I have the swift springs and the car look good with the drop it gave. I didn’t like how car felt on the track compared to stock. Of course that is subjective. I like swift mainly for name due to being the biggest player in springs for Japan. Eibach you can not go wrong as well, being very large company and oem aftermarket springs producer. But if you want handling I think a good set of tires will net better result.
