too many people paying that 20k ADM....Some in my region having trouble getting 10. Hopefully that goes down for everyone!

Looks like there was just shy of 500 units on the "find my type R" sheet that was posted, still plenty more to be coming out over the upcoming months.

What they sell for is very important.

Silko Honda in Raynham was priced $2,000 over MSRP, when I asked about getting on the list they said it was too long and don't expect to be able to fill all the orders.

Thats another name for 'Dealer Fee' $900 is par for the course in Florida.

Honda Lancaster, CA received their CW this morning. It's available. $15K over + ~$2K accessories (protection + floormats basically). Too much for me, but thought I would pass it on that one is sitting and available this morning.

I've had 25+ dealers reply at 10-30K ADM, I am just laughing in their face.

Not a surprise. My friend lives in Annandale and just bought his FK8 for $42k (pretax). When a used car is going for MSRP of a new one, the dealers see little incentive to budge. You may have to wait this one out a bit until prices stabilize. Hopefully with interest rates rising car prices may fall a bit.

Yeah I told him I'm in line at an MSRP dealer and I'm willing to o pay some markup for the ability to have it now but not at 10k.
