@007 I would venture to guess that the first point of failure would be software related before the engine.

But I get the joke you are making.

Do we know for certain that every Type R engine is made in Ohio? - I heard him say so in the video, so I guess it is.
Yes.
That's not new, though. The FK8 engines were made in Ohio, too.

Interesting that they say in the Video that they brought in a Paint Specialist for the Type-R and they have applied some different sort of Clearcoat over the paint. It also looks the the paint quality is much better than the FK8 and less Orange Peel.. :hmm:

In the video of 8:58, a JP media explain it in detail, translated by DeepL
"a special process is required for parts that are unique to the Type R. For example, the front suspension assembly that is unique to the Type R, and if you try to put it on a normal production line, it will interfere with other processes, so it is more efficient to extract this part and make it in a dedicated process. Looking at it, the front suspension assembly including the drive shaft is completed in 7 minutes of task time, as well as the Brembo calliper and large rotor. There are 4 specialists in 2 shifts, about 10 in total, and they have special assembly skills. It's a skill that feels good to look at."

Probably the first point of failure then lol.

(flame suit on)
Agreed. Honda transmission is probably the weakest link historically speaking.

Maybe it's just my imagination, but the springs appear to be stiffer than the FK8 ones from the way the car drives over those small bumps.
