Engine Oil Overfilled by Honda?

Hello,

Has my FL5 since December. Today when i checked the engine oil's dipstick, the oil level passed the top second dot. Example below. I thought it was mistake so i checked it a few more time, but same result. Did Honda made a mistake? Should i be worried? Should i drain some oil?

My new FL5 was also over filled from Honda. I used my hand vacuum pump and some small plastic tubing I bought at HD and sucked out the oil through the dipstick tube.
I removed 7 oz to get oil correct on the stick.
I also replaced the factory dipstick with a Chasing Js titanium stick which is much easier to read but it was also very expensive!
The tires were also way over filled and they left the rubber shipping blocks on the front springs.

Having trouble with link to actual dipstick I bought but it was item # 356397733 of the Chasing Js website.
I think with shipping grand total was like $140.00
