My dealer said they weren’t getting it until mid August. They already had the promo stand on the shelf. They want $18/quart lol
Yeah, my dealership also regularly charges roughly double for many parts and accessories.

$900.00 for ONE OEM Stock Honda FL5 wheel, for example. 😵

Just change your oil every 2-3000 miles or 2-3 track days - with pretty much any API SQ certified engine oil, that will beat any high performance engine oil you think you will run for 5-10k miles. Frequency of oil change trumps anything. Blackstone also proved that, Lake Speed, and many others. Now if you want to run your engine oil for 5-10k then, yeah, find something that's not gonna sheer and still you will be running containments through any engine oil after 2000 miles. They all start to break down after 2000 miles - some much faster than others.

$18/quart for a gallon and a quart is over $100, ain't no way that's significantly better than mobil 1 EP for basically half the price. I could just do my oil changes twice as often.
Not only that, at that point I’m using Pennzoil ultra platinum or Torco SR-1

Order from Strafe Racing(Facebook) they have oil change kits, ready to ship.
Thank you sir, emailing them now to pick up some 5W-30 :headbang:. $125 for 11 quarts, 2 filters, and 2 drain plug washers isn't bad at all. Figure $5-10 each for the new OEM Mahle filter (15400-RAF-T01 apparently), $25 for shipping, and the oil is $7-8 per quart, which isn't too bad.

Edit: The Clark order didnt work out

Great, yes it's reasonably priced plus it helps a business that's passionate about the platform and the community

Looks like you can buy it here as well though it says special order:

Looks like this shop is in Pharr, Texas, which is in South Rio Grande Valley.
Pharr may be real Farr from y'all, but Pharr ain't too Farr from me!
Maybe(???) we Texans can save on shipping by shopping there.

Good looking out, @Ktrw , I'm gonna have to give Clark a shot when I'm looking for Honda stuff.

Cheers.

Alright quick update, Clark can't ship oil due to new regulations or something they cancelled my order. There are some other Honda parts sites popping up with listings for formula R though. I'm gonna go through with Strafe Racing since it seems they're associated with Honda Stratham and they got back to me with an invoice. It's $7.83/qt for the oil itself in the oil change kit 👍
