I’m curious as to how lol. Looks like it snapped off from the left side. Were you heal toeing and hit the side of the pedal too hard?

I mean... Broken Clutch Pedal was a thing for Evo X. That is made of plastic too.

I would imagine this could be argued as warranty item, or a grace...

If not, since these aren't typically wear items, any civic in a junkyard probably has theirs intact. If eBay is $50, probably isn't worth your time.

Depending on the year of the car, this should be covered under 3 yr bumper-to-bumper warranty I would think…especially as it is such an odd thing to happen.

I ended up stopping in at the service department of my local Honda dealer. They're going to order the part and do the repair, sounds like it will be taken care of under warranty. I guess I didn't need to order from Ebay after all
