it'll be pretty amazing if you can hit 450whp on 91 - good luck
400-420ish is what i see on 91 pump gas, on avg
you could probably hit 450 with 93octane, but gonna be tough on 91

let this be motivation to get those flexfuel parts 😉
Anything over 400 I'd be happy with on 91 honestly. By mid I meant 400~450 but yeah I know most likely won't hit that target on 91. Flex fuel will for sure come at some point when I feel I can handle to car well enough on track. FK8 was 389 on 91 and 440 on e40 and I never tracked it on e40 haha.

Since I finally sold my stock wheels it was time to mount some 295/30/18 RT660+ on the china forged wheels! I worked with the factory to make a bbs e07 rep but in 5 lug and 1pc forged. I love being a brand whore but when it comes to wheels I like having freedom to do whatever.

After seeing Ed Bolian build a set for his Bugatti and then stress test it...then take it to 200 mph with no issues I knew I had to go through the same factory he did (https://forzaaa.com/) Working with them was super easy as they communicated through facebook so I was able to really refine the design to be exactly what I wanted. If you didn't know bbs e07s are exclusive to centerlocks and are mainly run on Porsches. I wanted to do something fun for the FL5 and also since I don't have my GT3 anymore I figured this was a good copium item. 😵

These weigh 23.4 lbs per wheel. Not terrible but not amazing. I blame the design and how much material is needed to make the wheel look good. (IMO) haha. I already got some other stupid ideas I want to try and recreate. For now this setup will be for the street and I'll track on the ze40s. Oh I also installed the Zakgear custom ti lug nuts. Went on smooth as butter and they weigh virtually nothing. Gotta offset the china forged with something ultra premium haha.

Got paint matched forged "H" center caps as well but I like the whole "motorsports" vibe of this wheel so I'll keep the hub exposed. And yeah no rear shots because I couldn't get the damn jam nut loose on the SPC rear camber arms! Guess when I got an alignment last time they really tighten the shit out of them. I was dying and just gave up. Hopefully they can fit me in tomorrow so I can add a bit more neg camber to throw the rears on and complete the look. I dare not show the drift spec setup currently haha.

I need to see these wheels from a distance with one of your professional shots. I have a feeling they're are going to look sick!

Yeah I was disappointed I couldn't get the rears on. Going to try again tonight and hopefully take photos.

it's also not too late to switch to Hondata 🤣
Appears that Hondata was acquired by EPT, the company that owns COBB anyways lol

Man that's crazy. And common. Private equity ruins everything haha. But hopefully before the candle burns off on both ends we'll get some cool tuning functionality and mods. They should acquire 4 Piston next and just complete the Honda engine faction.

Gabagool. I'm digging this setup. Got the stupid jam nut off with some pb blaster. Note: pb blaster that is 10 years old will run out of aerosol. Shit was just pissing out of the can until it wasn't.

I did the alignment in my garage with a Gyraline G1. Doesn't replace a Hunter or anything pro level but it gets the job done for peace of mind you're not way off spec of what you want. I recommend it if you're someone that changes setups frequently. I'm still going to bring it to the shop near me to get a true reading and see how close the Gyraline got. Hmm...they did just come out with a G2 unit that has all the sensors built in. Fawk. Time to research.

Couldn't get to sleep until 2am cause I had too much caffeine. So no waking up early to go shoot somewhere decent.

I'm sitting a few mm lower now cause of the tire profile so that means I have to angle even more to not blow up the Cleib lip. That'll spoon change.... 🤭

Recap on the setup: China 1pc forged "BBL e07" in 18x10 +40 w/ Azenis RT660+. Sitting at -3 all around.

Looks awesome. What does it cost to get a set of custom wheels made/shipped/etc?

Alignment time. Final numbers are F: -2.9 R: -3.7. Zero toe up front and 2mm toe in total.

I like the stance but I still want to either even out the camber or run less in the rear but I don't have much room to play with....probably could do -3.5 in the rear but it was late in the afternoon and was hot af. This isn't a track setup anyhow so I'm not concerned too much. It's just visuals for me and my ocd wanting it a certain way. One rule I've been trying to stick to is run square setups instead of the usual reverse staggered that I prefer. Guess the idea of rotating tires to add value is me coping for all the money I dumped into this thing in 8 months.

Wunderladen oil pan baffle for that extra insurance when the G-forces hit. Especially since I'll be running the oil filter relocation kit I'm working on and eventually add on an oil cooler. Between this, 4p and the Unit2Fab one I decided on this because of the data they published on it and they seem to really put their products through a long testing phase. Also knowing their dope logo will be forever hiding in the pan is metal af.

I'm still waiting on them to drop the pre-orders for the PMM and clutch dampener delete. 😫

Got the base map from @JST Performance for the XDI Evo pump and 1400cc injectors. This was a last minute purchase to just complete the fuel system. JSR V4 New OEM FL5 High Pressure Fuel Line. They claim 8.5% increase in fuel flow on the stock system. Thirst trap K20C1.
