Power Mirrors

[BCP]

Has anyone installed the Mikstore Power retractable mirrors kit ? My shop is having issues with the wiring harness and the included fuse that keeps popping.
Can't get it to work yet .

Because other markets get them. Also a lot of 40k+ cars come with them.

It also takes 5 seconds to lower/raise your window manually....but why power windows??

Let me know how it goes. Plan on ordering soon if yours works out. I have installed the homelink it works fine, also have new mirrors and blue caps but waiting on sucessful folding mirror installation by somebody.

Things are not going well.....car has been in the shop now for 3 days. Communication with Mikstore is haphazard at best. They are 12 hours ahead of eastern time. They are going to send out a new harness and switch....probably take another 2 or 3 weeks to get here. The shop is putting the car back together and we will have to figure something out. Another Rosanne Rosanna Danna moment !

What does the shop charge to install?
Also do you retain the grey trim piece that's under our mirrors now or is it gloss black?

Mine are gloss black . The install estimate was $400 tops . Who knows where it will end up !

I think Mikstore shipped the replacement harness by sailboat……..still haven’t received them yet !

Hopefully you get it soon. Was the incorrect harness sent? Did you buy the C kit?
