I bought a black one for MSRP on the last day of February. The dealership needed to sell a few more cars to meet a sales target. It had a $10k markup sticker on it in the showroom. Cincinnati, Ohio.

As long as the dealer supplied the "silicone based gel" in the sale, you did O.K. but not great.Congrats.
Jealous of these MSRP deals. I left money on the table. Hopefully I can learn and be wiser next time.
Time to work overtime and catch up... ; )As long as the dealer supplied the "silicone based gel" in the sale, you did O.K. but not great.
Honestly that’s the best deal I’ve ever heard about on the CTR. Take it and run, or in this situation… drive.Been offered a Boost Blue at $1200 off MSRP. I am between that and a Blue Flame GR Corolla Circuit Edition at MSRP. Decisions...
I also got them to throw in the high contoured floor mats. I know it's an insane deal. However, the Blue Flame GRC is much more rare. I know mechanically the FL5 is much better and is much more capable. However, the AWD is very enticing, especially here in Upstate NY in case I decided to drive it in the winter.Honestly that’s the best deal I’ve ever heard about on the CTR. I completely understand needing the AWD, living in Montana for years. I think Toyota does the circuit edition in batches and they’re currently building the white right now (don’t quote me on that) just what a salesman told me. But man… that’s a killer deal on the CTR.I also got them to throw in the high contoured floor mats. I know it's an insane deal. However, the Blue Flame GRC is much more rare. Both white and blue Circuit Edition are in build phase right now.I completely understand needing the AWD, living in Montana for years. Nice! I am near that dealer. How hard was the negotiation?Just picked up a Boost Blue Civic Type R from Anderson Honda in Palo Alto, CA. I was only able to get them down to $1500 over MSRP, no accessories. I was ok with it since some of the other deals i've seen for MSRP are in the mid-west/East Coast, and after shipping, it would've probably have been about the same if not a few hundred more. Oh well, I'm happy! Car is awesome!
it wasn’t too bad, but they had 3 cars in stock when I started negotiating. I think they only have 1 left.Nice! I am near that dealer. How hard was the negotiation?
