You meant McKinney, TX?
Correct when I went in for my oil change at Honda Cars Of McKinney off 75 sales guy I was talking with said they do not know yet but guessing 15-20k range. I was talking to him about a silver s2000 they had on the lot at that time as well. 52k ap1 they wanted 27k.

I just take my insight in for oil change because it’s the closest Honda to me. But even the insight in 2019 I did not buy from them as they wanted at that time 2k over MSRP because they added a pin stripe and tint.

Unless you absolutely need this car as your primary vehicle, just wait it out and don’t FOMO into this madness. Stealerships (those that charge excessive ADM) absolutely don’t deserve your business. Even if you’re currently on a waitlist, walk off on the deal if it has outrageous ADM. The market will return to normal in due time.

Not at all disagreeing with you, but who is going to do that? Someone will pay it, or else they would have no leverage to ask it. It’s not like the 1 dealer who asked for $90k over a Z06, and then got walked back when the customer put them all over social media…this is, in my area at least, the standard… not saying I would pay $20k over, just saying someone will pay bc they want to be first or they don’t want to wait.

Dealerships that charge ADM will continue to do so. Many of my local dealers charged ADM throughout the FK8’s 5-year run. The best bet, if you’re able, is to find a dealer who doesn’t charge a markup and do business with them instead. This may require one to travel, and there will likely be mandatory ā€œdealer packagesā€ involved, but it can help limit the damage and net a person the car they want.

Thereā€˜s no way 10k+ markups last over a year. The people who are paying 20k markups are just paying a massive fee just to get the car first.
look at the fk8 even in its last year when I got mine a lot were still 10k+ over
