10k markup in Nor Cal is normal. Sunnyvale Honda in Silicon Valley is asking for a 30k markup

^ not for long - the economy is imploding and parts of big tech have been living fat for a while are now diving into efficiency. Its going to be an interesting next 6 months seeing what happens to the auto industry along with the broader market economy. The yen, euro and pound have all tanked vs the dollar and interest rates are on the rise globally. And winter is coming for Europe.

Already saw 20-40k over on the 400Z so I don't wanna know what kind of max markup we'll see when they start arriving. Heard stories about dealers screwing over customers that had a deposit down for more money from someone else. Hope that doesn't happen on the R. I also want to know what's going to happen with all the used vehicles that dealers overpaid for and now cost more than new cars, when the car prices tank.

You gotta be pure stupid to pay $10,000 to $20,000 over. Plain and simple stupidity
Yes is stupid to pay 10k - 20k for regular working folks, but to automotive business owners or content creators that is nothing to them. They can make that back in a week or less

paying 50k for a civic is like getting rape with out lube.
i mean that $50k civic outperforms cars double it's value...

like i said, if you drop $50k on a civic then you're probably financially okay doing so lol

double the value of what? fast civic is still a civic. Its a good car for sure but you're delusional.
