These cars are selling all day long at $55k before tax, title, and tag…
Everything is always before tax, title and tag…

Also I said below $60,000; POSSIBLY less than $55,000.

I fail to see your point. Either way the average markup has fallen from $20,000 down to $10,000.

Avg markup was never 20k. Not many have paid that.

What? Lol. Plenty of people talk OTD price, so I was just clarifying, my guy. Show a little more charity, mcharity 😁.

Also, the average price people are paying was NEVER $20k over…. Get ya facts skraight.

Spoken to about 30 dealers (primarily in FL, TX, and New England) and so far the "best" offer has been $10k ADM. I hate saying it but I'm willing to go to $5k, over the lifetime of the car it's amount I'm comfortable with. No dice yet though, maybe the next batch or as time goes on and dealers find no takers for the +$15-20k ADM cars.

@DreamR Try Fletcher Honda if you really want to spend +$10k, they don't have one in stock though. That's the one I can find quickly in my history that was at that price but I had 2-3 more that were there as well pricewise. I believe Venice Honda here in FL was the one that told me they were at $6k +Accessories, I think it worked out to +$12k total but at least you'd get the forged wheels and CF wing. I probably should take better notes! Just slam the "contact me button" on Cargurus and wade through the mass contacts that ensue :D

From what I picked up speaking to at least 10-15 dealers (and having contact with 2x that) all over the country is that over $10k ADM isn't selling, the dealers at 15-20k over all have inventory. At those prices a M2 or Cayman are what I'd be looking at personally or maybe a GT350.

My hunch is the next shipment of cars will push those #s down as the few people willing to spend that money will have dried up. I've only had two salespeople even remotely try to justify the pricing or suggest that I should make an offer - every other one was like "It's +$15k, I'm sorry - do you want me to contact you if we come down though?". For the FK8 I was getting the whole spiel about how rare or exclusive it is and I should just pay up if I don't want to miss out - I got pretty much none of that. And the dealers pushing me were actually for the GRC, one said +$15k for Core and 20k Circuit and I had to not be rude because honestly for the GRC that is hilarious.

I did have good luck today, a friend of mine alerted me the dealership he works at who have Honda and Toyota lots - I'm on the waitlist for a GRC @ MSRP and for CTR @ +$5k with them. She did say the wait based on current length of the list and deployment of cars is... two years. I'm feelin' deja vu from when I bought my RTX3080 video card - 13mos on an OEM waitlist before I got mine.

I can wait. Might use this to convince the wife I need a Miata again though to tide me over.

A couple of dealers called me on vehicles where they dropped the price near MSRP. The second round of allocations are dropping and they are getting nervous they'll be stuck with inventory. Stay strong fellas.

hi. May I please have the dealers info for contact? I live in Texas, and after contacting 30-40 different dealers, the best I could find was $10k… any leads will be great! Thanks!

Are you gonna pull the trigger since it’s near MSRP cause I’d consider 5k over if that’s about where they are money wise
