Your best bet might be to try and find a used one to take on a test drive. I did this with Carmax which was about an hour away.

Carmax is a good idea. The one I did try test driving was a used one, but at a Honda dealer.

See if you can find a used FK8 to test drive.

This worked for me and I'd recommend it. I inadvertently started that way. When I was told the pricing on the used FK8 I tested I decided if I was going to be raked over the coals, it may as well be for a new car and the latest generation.

Worst case if you don't like the car you have 72 hours to unwind the deal. You don't really take a hit on your credit. That's as long as you buy something within 30 days of the loan inquiries lmfao

Do you have kids? Family? Cause if you do, the GR is gonna be terrible. There is no room in the back. That’s primarily why I gave up my allocation for a GR and got a type R.

Nope it's just me and my wife. I occasionally take passengers but not enough to influence my decision.
