FK8TD sells an upgraded high-pressure fuel line. The page also mentions the XDI and Full-Race HPFPs. Has anyone tried it as a potential alternative?
I have no knowledge of anyone using this guys service. But my .02 cents is that he is using alot of fancy words to indicate that he modifies the OEM line. Instead of drilling he REAMS it good. That is what my caveman brain got out of it anyway.

I will chime in later on this. But I’m very aware of the issue at hand.

I recommend the full race pump to all my customers. But the line issue is concerning. I’m doing some research into this.

That’s exactly what he does, it’s just a modified OEM line.

Is it possible to swap out the male thread HPFP conical seat on the Full Race pump itself for the stock male thread with the matching conical seat to run a reamed factory hp fuel line rather than the nostrum v1,2 or 3 line?

If I am understanding you correctly, you wish to run the factory line. If so, this is counterintuitive to having a pump capable of providing more fuel to begin with because the factory line cannot handle it based on the inner diameter of the line being too small. This is why, before there were kits, the OG's were drilling out the OEM line in their garages to get as much fuel to the rail as possible.

If I missed your point I apolagize in advance.

All good. I get the confusion. Yes the FullRace line is significantly larger at the conical seat at the connection point than the stock OE hardline. The middle ground would be a factory OE hardline that has been enlarged such as the JSR line which has all the benefits of the OE hardline mount features and weld/braze at the conical flange with no reported failures.
Picture here is the OE>JSR high flow>Fullrace lines compared for size at the seat.
