Just got a DSC Controller myself. Cant wait to take it out on a drive later when its not so hot.

I will say that my only gripe so far, even though its hidden behind a panel, my OCD is hating that the labeling is upside down.

Haha, I thought I'm OCD...I didn't even noticed it during my install.

For anyone like me that’s never satisfied, there is a detailed thread on Integra Forums where a few of us have posted our revisions and outlined the differences.

DSC Sport Suspension Module for our cars!

I’ve been living with my latest revision for a few weeks now and have not found a reason to modify further.

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!

I noticed it

it did annoy me.

but it is not visible...

the more I drive with the DSC, the more I like it, which makes up for the upside down label :)

Mileage/feedback check-in for DSC owners, how's it going?

I still have my unit in the box, I haven't had a chance to test it out. I have no complaints with the SDI unit I have already, I just find it easier to adjust on the fly. DSC does seem to be more granular however with their adjustments, which is a good thing.

Works as advertised. Step up in performance and comfort over the Type S module. No idea in relation to your SDI unit. I have found no reason to adjust on the fly. Would have been nice if DSC would have followed through coming to VIR to collect real track data to really dial it in when pushing the platform, but oh well. Well worth the coin imo.

I am not racing or tracking, just daily driving.

As mentioned elsewhere, I drive like an ape, no finesse. Yet I could tell the difference between FL5, DE5 and DSC. muh prefer the DSC, though I am not convinced that I'll notice any fine tuning or adjustments to the DSC. I also rather not mess up with anything I have no experience or knowledge. so for now, I am leaving the DSC as is, but will update DSC if I notice that they issued an updated.

Did anyone else with an SDI kit installed ever write about it online?

Yeah... it's important to note that the DSC is just simply a more sophisticated unit. It adjusts dynamically; no need to adjust "on the fly", it adjusts for you dynamically while you're actively driving.

Full disclosure; I live near DSC and had them install the unit and use my car as the basis for the OTS base map for a car lowered on springs. I received a promotional discount but it was the same one everyone received for being an early adopter lol (i.e., I paid $800- it was not given to me to provide a favorable testimonial).

For those unaware, you can provide details of your current suspension during checkout that establishes what base map your unit arrives programmed with, although you can of course tune/adjust it to suit your individual preferences. All you need is a laptop and the free software. But to my experience that has not been necessary.

I have had an opportunity finally to evaluate it while driving in anger during autocross. It just responds to inputs exactly as advertised, it's kind of a magical phenomenon to experience in action. The car felt like it had infinite grip and sacrificed no rotation at all- no adjustment needed. I'm running the base map the unit came with (that in fairness was tuned on my car- but it's the same map anyone would get if they explain that they have a car lowered on springs).
