I wonder how upset the community would be if Acura did release an Integra Type R 😝
wasn't there 1998, 1999 & 2001 Integra Type R? history may repeat itself...never say never...I'd be pissed as hell, but I'd also be in line 😁

Hell yeah.

Hopefully these are more available for people. Can't wait to start seeing pictures when people start getting them. Think the car would look good with some aftermarket Aero for the guys that track them too.

As a K swapped DC2 owner it's going to take a two door type R model for me to get back in line.(Tried to get a FL5 close to sticker, but I'm over it at this point)

K swapped DC2 is one of my favorite setups! What an absolute blast. How’s it been treating you?

Love it. Not sure why I waited so long.

Stock K20A2 motor/Transmission. Added an lsd, baffled pan, and a tune, and it's been solid since day one.

Kept A/C, power steering etc. Car dropped an average of 6-8 seconds a lap from the stock B18C1. K is the way for sure.

Getting off-topic, but guess it's an Integra thread after all.

Awesome!!

Is that your Cherokee behind it also? I have custom built one that I’m auctioning to help bring the numbers down on the ITS. I barely drive it anymore, but it really is fun & smooth to drive for how I dialed it in.

I’ve certainly had my fair share of headaches with it. So I did a full frame of restoration & Jasper engine drop in on it. I won’t miss it for the ITS & sure I’ll forget after a week.

So interesting. The diffuser doesn't span the area under the mufflers like the fl5. Maybe that was not possible with shape of the new better sounding exhaust. I think the larger black intakes in the front are for the air curtain but the brake ducts come from the slot between the aero blades and the center grille. I really like the CF rear spoiler.
