Hm there are black type R floor mats and they look bigger than the red ones I just received. They look bulkier and bigger than the red ones.
Those might be the all weather mats, interesting that you have those and not the OEM red mats lol

Oh yeah, those are the high wall mats, they were an option you could get.

As others have said, those are the optional high wall floor mats. The red one should come standard with the car. I ordered the high wall floor mats the first week to protect the red carpet better. I just put the high wall floor mats over the red floor mats, so I'm double matted :p

I just looked and the OE tire now goes for over $300 o_O Holy cow - It was in the low $200 last year!

The stock specs are interesting, such low profile.
  • Wheel Size: 19 x 9.5 inches
  • Wheel Offset: +60 mm
  • Bolt Pattern (PCD): 5x120 mm (center bore: 64.1 mm)
  • Tire Size: 265/30ZR19 93Y (Michelin Pilot Sport 4S)
I like the beefier look, most likely will go with the DWS 06+ 275/35ZR19.
I don't really plan on lowering the car, but who knows lol.
Just a heads up. Your speedometer will not be as accurate with 275/35s. Will likely be off by about 3 to 4 mph due to the size increase.
So when the speedometer shows 80, you’re actually going 84mph. If not a big deal, fine. But I’m the OCD guy and would need to recalibrate my Speedo if I did larger tires.

And how is the speedometer recalibrated if I may ask?

I'll just remember to go 4 mph slower lol 😆
The unit was cool. It tapped right into the signal wire from the speed sensor in the transmission. You could connect to it via Bluetooth and adjust on the fly. I had it ran into the cabin and tucked it under my dash.

OEM PS4S can be purchased directly from Honda for around $200 per tire. They last a long time on the street.

Honda part number: 42751-MIC-174

If you ever go that route, please do post pictures and feedback. Since the stock OE tires are pretty much at normal prices now and are no longer "super cheap", my excuses to stick with it has gone away. I may try 275/30 on my next set.
