Anyone fit the APEX ARC-8 +58 wheels. Curious on caliper clearance and if a small spacer would be needed

I usually run a 5mm spacer up front for the track width. Tried it Sunday without and was shocked how close to the caliper it is. actually have a pic handy of it LOL

Just be mindful of thread engagement. I got some lugs that have a shank to go into the wheel holes for more turns. Didn't feel the stock stud length was enough with a 5mm spacer.

If you do extended studs becomes a non issue.

If I can run without spacers I'm okay with the little bit less rotating mass

Yeah, so I just got my set and they do not clear the brakes. It is super close, but I would assume the wheels did some self clearancing. Which ET lugs did you end up with I just ordered a 3mm spacer

This is the set I have. They’re not great but doing the job needed currently until I toss extended studs on some day

How the heck did you make these fit with 5mm spacers? They are rubbing bad with 2x 3mm spacers stacked

Not sure why yours are giving you trouble. 2 I bought used and 2 I bought new from apex and both pairs clear zero issue

stamped on the back +58 and not something else?

sorry dude. I have them in my notes as arc8 for some reason.

Looking at apex site they don’t offer a 9.5 +58 for the CTR :/

Hey everyone, just jumping in here real quick.

It looks like @SlowAP2 does in fact have EC-7s which will clear the OEM brakes in the 18x9.5" ET58.

The ARC-8 in that same size require 10-12mm spacers to clear, so we don't list or recommend them for these cars, especially if you're trying to stay within stock class rules.

The only wheels currently in our lineup that we have confirmed to be within that 7mm offset requirement would be our 18x9.5" ET58 EC-7 Flow Formed, 18x9.5" ET58 VS-5 Flow Formed, and 18x9.5" ET53 SM-10RS Forged.
