Curious, what do folks monitor on their V2 displays or in the Tunerview app?
Not 11th gen, nor KTuner v2, but here was my Hondahack Tunerview setup:

RPM and current gear
TPS (not CMD)
ECT2 (post-radiator)
IAT2 (post-intercooler)
PSI (MAP, intake manifold sensor)
AFR
Battery voltage
Ethanol content
K.Con
LTFT
STFT

I also set them to be color-coded based on values. Blue = undervalue, grey = normal value, green = good value, and red = high/bad value.

TPS: 0% (idle) = blue, 1-99% = grey, ≥100% (WOT) = red
ECT2: <160°F = blue, 160°F-194°F (up to temp) = grey, ≥195°F (when rad fan kicks on) = red
IAT2: <60°F ("boost weather") = blue, 60°F-94°F = grey, ≥95°F (K.Con multiplier increases) = red
PSI: <0 PSI = blue, 0-17 PSI = grey, ≥18 PSI (factory "peak" boost) = red
AFR: <14.0 (rich) = blue, 14.0-14.9 = grey, ≥15.0 (lean) = red
Battery voltage: <12.0V = red, ≥12.0V = green
Ethanol content: ≤11% E = blue, 12-29% E = grey, ≥30% E = red
K.Con: ≤0.55 = green, >0.55 = red
LTFT: <-4 (rich) = blue, -4 to 4 = grey, >4 (lean) = red
STFT: <-15 (rich) = blue, -15 to 15 = grey, >15 (lean) = red

Resurrecting the thread for anyone researching tunes. '23 Si on Hondata 240 CARB. Stock otherwise. Added 810 miles since my last update. Total tuned miles of 2,160. No issues thus far. Still enjoying it!
'23 Si on Hondata 240 CARB. Stock otherwise. Added another 870 miles. Total tuned miles of 3,030. Still runs well. If anyone uploads this tune to their Si with Hondata Mode enabled, there is a noticeable difference between Normal and Sport. The extra torque that Hondata programs into Sport definitely gives more shove.

Tuning experience notes: I have been staying in MAP 2 so far, don't want to push my luck with the CVT. I did the tune at the same time as installing my new intercooler. K Con. has been steady around 0.47-0.5. Hits boost targets. All is well. Definitely woke the car up

Happy new year, everyone. Thought I'd update on my car a bit.

I now have about 1,000 tuned miles logged on my 2023 SI, tuned with Phearable 1.5R using a KTuner V2. It seems like the 1-by-1 headstud method has worked, as I have no fluid consumption or burning. I think my driving style (highway commuting + daily WOT pulls) would reveal a problem if there was one.

The tune is excellent. It currently lives in Map 2 which is a huge power and drivability boost over stock. I hate to repeat the cliche, but this is really how the car should have come from factory. I have the RV6 Type R retrofit kit coming in the mail soon and will be letting a shop install it for me. It breaks my little DIY heart to pay someone for work, but dropping a transmission alone is not something I really have the equipment/know-how to do expediently. I was gonna wait till spring, but getting it done in winter means I still have plenty of break-in time before autocross season starts again. Once the clutch is in, my "build" (if you can call it that) is basically done.

Total tuned time: 1 Month

Tuned miles driven: ~1000

Tuning device(s) used: KTuner V2

Tunes used: Phearable 1.5R

Problems/issues: None. Gonna switch to 5W-30 oil when the weather warms up to see if that makes any difference. Some swear by it, others say it doesn't do anything.

Driving style: Highway commute (30-35 miles each way) with frequent WOT pulls, road trips, and autocross in the warm months

Tuning experience notes: I have been living in Map 2 since I do not have the RV6 clutch installed yet, but after that it will probably live in Map 3. Tune is excellent. Starts and shifts are smoother, the throttle feels more linear and natural (though still, most of the action is in the first 50% of pedal travel) and I feel like the engine may even sound a little different? Maybe placebo, but who knows.

I run 5w/30 in my TLX Type S, year round, and will in this one, FL5, when the first oil change is due. I was getting a bit of turbo blow by and the thinner oil is mostly for "fuel mileage" sigh....I like a bit thicker oil, like in the old days when Honda engines lasted FOREVER! So back to basics :) And I only use AMSOIL and Purolator BOSS oil filters....based on a big review of flow and protection AI found on YouTube

I have just received the RV6 Type R retrofit clutch kit. Does anybody know if I will have to reach out to Phearable to get a tune revision to accommodate the new flywheel, or will I be fine with the tune i have? My understanding is that the RV6 flywheel is basically the same weight as the 11th gen 1.5T flywheel, so I'm hoping I don't need to reflash, but I'd rather get ahead on ordering the updated tune if I need to.

Update to my previous post: according to Phearable you do NOT need to re-tune the ECU after installing the RV6 clutch kit, which is convenient considering I have now installed the RV6 clutch kit!

The pedal effort is a good bit higher than stock, the friction zone is a lot wider, and the clutch just generally feels more natural and intuitive rather than the binary on/off switch that the stock clutch was. Even if I wasn't tuned, I probably would have ended up doing this for the drivability alone. 10/10 mod. Super expensive compared to other common mods, but considering that clutch feel contributes a huge part to how a manual car feels to drive, I think it's worth it. The 440WTQ capacity is just a bonus (even though I'll never make even close to that, more like ~290 max?).

Now comes my weird delusional ramble: one thing that both myself and my fiancee noticed immediately is that the car seems to sound different with the new flywheel. There seems to be a bit more of a growl/purr coming from the front of the car when you accelerate, where it was all exhaust before. It honestly reminds me a bit of the intake growl from an older K24 SI or TSX. If anyone else in here has installed an aftermarket clutch/flywheel, did you notice it changed your engine note at all, or am I completely insane? Hey @gtman, given your time both on CivicX and CivicXI, have you ever heard of anyone claiming an altered engine note after putting in a new flywheel?

Anyway....100 miles down, 400-ish to go before I can stick it on Map 3 and be the Civic At 3AM that I was meant to be.

Fwiw, after I installed a RMM on my 11th gen SI, my engine note sounded different (louder) from inside the cabin. I figured it's something to do with the reverberations from the increased vibrations.
Can confirm. 27Won 90A gave my FC1 big racecar vibes. Friends described her as having "all the right vibrations". Dan's 27Won 70A should transfer engine/transmission (RMM being *right* by the flywheel) noises right into the cabin, so I'm not surprised by a new clutch and flywheel adding some extra grunt to the ambience.

Update:

Tuned miles driven: 900 + 1 track day

Took it to the track this past weekend. I had filled up with Costco 91 before arriving and started wringing the motor out on Map 3. After my second 20-min session, I noticed my knock control was at 0.75 (it usually sits around 0.49 during normal driving). I don't know if it spiked after the first session or second. I tried driving around the paddock to see if cooling it would help but it stayed at 0.73-0.75. I did my next lap in Map 1 (supposedly stock boost) but the k.con value still stayed at 0.75. I then added some 100 octane gas they had at the track ($10/gallon!!) to even the gas in my tank out to approx 94 octane, went out on my next session, and k.con came back down to around 0.6.

Should I have done anything different? Apart from the RMM and tune, the car is stock. Everything seems fine now after driving home and around town.

@gtman thanks for starting this. I scoured through this thread prior to making the decision to tune my car. Here's me adding mine!

Tunes used: TSP Stage 1, mostly on Map 3.

Fuel used: 91 octane (Costco)

Additional related mods: None yet, but I have a PRL RMM install on the way.

Problems/issues: I use Tunerview on my Android. While driving, I noticed that the boost parameter ID froze and it stayed that way for a few more drives. I tried unplugging the KTuner device, force stopping the Tunerview app, different combinations of starting the engine/starting the app. Nothing worked. I finally connected my laptop to see if it was also showing as frozen on my laptop, and that seemed to do the trick. Works now. No other issues so far.

Driving style: Typically fairly restrained, but a few aggressive bursts here and there to test out the tune since tuning.

Tuning experience notes: So far, so good.

I wanted to give a shoutout to @Two Step Performance - they have been very helpful whenever I had questions - most recently, I sent a question via email at 1:47pm and got an answer at 1:52pm - they are that quick. This is my first time attempting to mod my car in any way so I was very apprehensive about breaking something, but the level of support I got from TSP even before I purchased anything really gave me the confidence to move forward.

A spike like that while racing isn't shocking. There's far more stress and heat than what you'd see on the street. Seeing .75 might be alarming but it's just your ECU pulling back timing to protect your engine. Considering California only has 91 at the pump that's very normal behavior.

Also keep in mind that a tune like the TSP 1 runs much better on 93. Even with normal sedate driving, you'll get more elevated knock control on 91. Do you have access to E85?

I see, thanks for the feedback. Yes, I do have e85 near me. Would you recommend mixing it in for daily driving?
