The thing about spares is, you know you will eventually need em so why not bring an extra set of pads just in case (and specially if the pads you have are not brand new).
I should only be doing 2 days, I know I won't kill the SR11s in 2 days (combo of those pads last + I am not fast), will put new pads in the rear. Will definitely drive the stock wheels and change to 200tw at the track (I would actually just drive the 200tws but want to have a back up if have a puncture). Will bring a jack in case something happens on the way to VIR.

I guess I’ll do the same and drive down there with my stock wheels in case I get a puncture. No point in risking 3 day track event and a 8 hour drive.

yeah I always bring the stocks if I am driving over 2 hours to a track. Too much driving and money to ruin the day. The FL5 is great, at least easy to carry the wheels, etc.

Just harder for me since I don’t store my wheels locally. Logistics. Time wasted. ?

all weather dependent, and i think in optimal conditions, a tune,camber, 200TW folks the 2:10s would be a very good time goal

I think the video with the 2:10.28 that I ran in the black car could be useful. Granted the speeds that the black car is capable of in the straights isn't necessarily a fair comparison, but excluding that, it was a very smooth lap, and a decent demonstration of the racing line.
