Think I'll do this since I dont like any of the current aftermarket exhuast offerings. Where is the link to the resonator lit, and are there any other options but MRT?

I think this is the link Honda Civic FL5 Type R Sport Touring Mid Pipe - MRTThink I'll do this since I dont like any of the current aftermarket exhuast offerings. Where is the link to the resonator lit, and are there any other options but MRT?
I had no problem fitting mine. I wonder if they made a crappy batch.I installed the MRT resonator delete a few weeks ago. Be aware that the pipe is not expanded at the ends. It is almost exactly the same diameter as the stock exhaust piping. I had to go to a local parts shop and rent and exhaust expander in order to get the MRT pipe to slip over the factory pipe.
MRT also seems to do a lot of sales, so you may want to wait to see if they have any 4th of July discounts.
That is only for deleting the resonator from the Milltek exhaust, not the stock setup.Hmm I also just found that Milltek makes a resonator delete kit as well.
Theres some people have done both resonators. Theres a few posts on the website, cant link them atm because I'm at work.anyone delete both resonators yet? I have to in my situation, its either that or buy a new exhaust.
Correct. This is definitely NOT compatible with the factory exhaust. That is only for deleting the resonator from the Milltek exhaust, not the stock setup.
Iāve read of people deleting both and regretting it because of awful drone issues. This makes sense because the stock exhaust is designed to have at least 1 resonator (the one directly under the cabin). With zero resonatorsā¦well, now you have nothing controlling resonances. I think itās best to only delete the front resonator or get a proper whole new exhaust. Just my $.02anyone delete both resonators yet? I have to in my situation, its either that or buy a new exhaust.

Not to beat a dead horse anymore, but he says that the sound module in comfort mode is adding to the droneā¦but how does he know this with 100% certainty if he hasnāt disconnected the module and tested it?This video was posted to YouTube recently, may be helpful to some looking to perform this mod.
