I know that but the ctr will be mostly garage kept and sitting when it's cold and shitty out for most part of winter and ethanol doesn't really like the cold for engine starting and stored for long periods of time which could crystalize or gel up. I would run 93 octane with the standard 10% ethanol when it drops towards freezing here in Kansas City.
Absolutely if it will be stored then best bet is to clean the tank with fresh fuel. You don’t wan to store e85 like you said.

I am sure this has been answered already but making sure:

I can run E85 when available, and switch back to 93 or even 91 if necessary - without a reflash to a different tune? Automagically?

Fine, take my money @Hondata Any chance I can buy this at the jailbreak tour?

The CANFlex and the supplied calibrations will work on anything from 91-E85 and any mix in between. Automagically. We're not sure we'll have the CANFlex kits available at the jailbreak tour as the boxes are bigger and heavier than the FlashPro. This makes transport more problematic. However many dealers will have them in stock tomorrow, and there is our online store.

@Hondata how many units are available at launch? Is it sold out?

Agreed. Ethanol absorbs water. Flush regularly with 91/93 and store with 91/93

It's available now. Sales are very brisk but they are still in stock.
Well you released a very awaited product so I’m expecting it to sell out relatively quick.🤣 I already ordered mine and hoping to have some data next week.

I'm so excited to get that flex fuel kit before it gets too cold to play with ethanol for all my bolt on upgrades.
We'd like to think we've done a pretty good job of cold start on E85, taking our cars to the snow overnight and testing. Once the car has started and the engine is warm, restarts are easy. However, let us know if you have cold start concerns.

Will do! I sent you a DM a while back with some questions that I would love to discuss about offering unlock services. I have a lot of customers that I would love to get them on Hondata.

We have a lot of need for this and I can absolutely help with this.

My si started fine during the winter with 30 blend.

If one just wants to run pure E85 (locally, it’s about 81%), would any of the fuel pumps need upgraded to withstand the high ethanol content, most notably the high pressure pump? Or can the stock pump withstand that high of an ethanol content without eventually breaking down due to the corrosive nature of ethanol?
The stock high pressure pump can handle it. But a complete fuel system would be advantageous to be able to increase boost.

It is a mechanical pump that won’t have issues with the high ethanol.
