He coulda sold that thing, bought a nice house in Michigan with the profits.Sad but not unusual living in California due to housing shortage and high rents. Still better than being homeless AND without a car.

Hes gets to sleep with his love every night and if there is a car that will fit a person lying down, this would be it. Definitely not my cup of tea but certainly an interesting run in their life that may be memorable. Far down the road “I went all in for a type r and lived in it for a couple of years”nah...at that point you're living beyond your means. you sell that, get an apartment, drive a cheap car. move somewhere that isn't stupid inflated like cali to live in as well.
no car on this planet is more comfortable to sleep in than an element...i've slept in mine plenty, it's amazing lolHes gets to sleep with his love every night and if there is a car that will fit a person lying down, this would be it. Fk8bare still selling for mid 40s with 30k miles. Look atUnfortunately, it is basically an auction. Too hard for a dealer not to pass up when there is low supply and overwhelming interest.
This is going to be some of us after caving into dealer markups.Might not be well off financially...
This is awesome lolWorks well as a camper. It’s spacious in there.

Anyone know if Crown is still taking deposits at MSRP? And do you have to be a local resident?Crown Honda in Holland, Michigan is an MSRP dealer. When I put down my deposit for a Type R they told me the owner won't allow them to mark up over MSRP. I assume this also applies at Crown Toyota.
I had done this in the past with other cars and looked everywhere the other day to find the dimensions to see how large I could potentially go with the FL5 (and found nothing).. now I see thisWorks well as a camper. It’s spacious in there.

After a little searching, I think they might be a variation of one of these.Nice! so... how long / wide are those mattresses?
It’s an air mattress so I don’t think it takes up a lot of space once deflated. The rest of your gear can go in the front seats when the mattress is in use, I guess. No, I’ve never used it.So...
I like this mattress idea. Do a lot of you sleep in your car (overnight) for long trips or is this more for camping?
Where do you put the rest of what you need if it is for long trip or camping?
Will any of you out crossbars and a rack on your car?
