So not sure what the hell God spec is supposed to even mean but…
got the new Kenda U HP Max+ tires thrown on the wheels today and then figured what hell with it, why wait for mid Ohio? I’ll start breaking them in a little bit.
they are very sticky! I did go with a 285/35–18. Thought about a 305, but with a 10 inch wide rim, even though they are compatible, Kenda did say to go with the 285. I was a bit bummed but then again I wasn’t.
and speaking of gods… These “Thor spec” wheels are 10 inches wide with a 52 offset. I was going to run a 5 mm spacer in the rear as I ran 13/15 spacers prior to get an idea of offset. But actually, I think it looks better without. It bumped it out a little bit too much. I just don’t like when it comes past the fender. I may put a 3 mm in the rear eventually but for right now, it looks great.
these things are wide! And they really look fantastic. When I get to J’s racing springs on hopefully next week it’ll really finish things off and tighten up that gap a little bit more.
and even though these are 20 mm wider tire on a wider rim, they are literally the exact same weight as the factory wheel tire set up.
