That's a big bummer. I've got the Racing for ALS event this weekend at VIR. So far the forecast is holding out. Fingers crossed!
Yea I think the forecast keeps moving a little west through Tennessee. The track here was going to get 3 to 5 inches. Not fun lol. Good luck at VIR! Make some videos!

I still hold Grassroots tire testing as the standard, at least for track. But this comparison was actually pretty interesting. Too bad they didn't have the Hoosiers
I agree, I would love to see how the new Hoosiers stack up.

Speaking of which......How do you guys pronounce Hoosier. I feel like it's different for everyone, and I always enjoy listening to the differences. Is it "hoo-zur", "hoo-see-ur", "whooo-shurr"???LOL

Definitely would sound different based on whooo-z saying it.

Put the new radiator to the test this weekend. Ran a session with the A/C on, one with the A/C off, And one with the heat on full blast. Huge differences between the 3. Even with the upgraded radiator I had the car hit 249 on the ECT'S (that was with the A/C and heat off). With the heat on the car was much more resistant to overheating. No temp warnings ever came on the dash. Just noticed this too. The hood vent warped from the heat on the passenger side. This was with the rain guard removed.

What was ambient temp for you this weekend? Any rain?

That hood vent looks like an easy warranty claim ?

Low 70's to mid 80's. I was also using factory coolant for the test. I'll have a video up in a couple days

Don't forget to adjust your alignment after the track too! This was mine!
