Rattles. I have put about 8 ft of felt tape and a bunch of foam in the dash and door cards. After a year I'm finally happy with the interior noise. My FK8 rarely rattled. I think part of it is the stereo. It's actually quite good in the FL5. It was garbage in the FK8, but the total lack of low end meant less rattling panels.

They must have fixed this by 25.... (this is not meant to be annoying, apologies in advance)....mine has zero rattles.

My 25 rattles around 30mph in the dash area, though I don't know where, exactly. Then again I did open it to remove the ANC so it could be my fault.

I looked at a couple of M2s before I bought the Type R. I just couldn’t jive with them. However, I remember loving the E46 M3 I drove like 20 years ago. The one BMW I’ve always lusted after is the “Clownshoe”. Never driven one, but I would like to someday. Ultimately, reliability is one of the most important factors for me, which is why I almost always choose Honda.
Yeah, my fond memories of my E36 and E46 are probably clouding my impression of newer BMWs, I'd probably be disappointed if I drove them. We did test drive an X1, it was meh. We bought the ADX instead, which I actually like better.

Hating on the lack of 'raw' car feeling from it right now. My older Si has way more engine noise and feeling to it. Don't know where to start for mods to get that feeling back but I'm sure I'll find it.
That is kind of my complaint about the car, it doesn't have the raw feeling of the great Hondas like the ITR, S2000 etc, and it feels a lot bigger, but it also doesn't have the comfort of the German competition, so it's kind of an in between car for me.

I won't go as far as doing the pedal dance, but I'll turn off the traction control from time to time when I'm out for a drive and it gives it a bit more of a raw feel.

Tune, RMM, acuity shifter. Wayyyyyy better.
I was trying to decide which RMM to add some stiffness. Was thinking Wunderladen Race but don’t know if that’s too stiff..

I don’t know how people say PRL adds NVH, I honestly don’t notice it at all. But it did change how the car drives a lot (in a great way). Probably going to go more aggressive in the next couple of months when I add other suspension changes.

I agree, I’ve done these things, and there’s a night and day difference. However, the engine sound in these cars is terrible imo, and I think that does significantly detract from the driving experience.

I’ve never had a nice nice car so I wouldn’t know what I am missing lol.

I should have gotten Championship White
No real regrets but if I had to do it again I'd wait on a CW. I feel like I see more boost blue than anything else.

If I was to wrap however, I would like to do something similar to the sand dune "grandpa" color from the regular Civics.
No regrets but I do wish I held out for CW over my RR. The red looks awesome but I always wanted the heritage white. Unfortunately the next 2 cars my dealer received were white doh!
I've heard this sentiment from several owners. Why do you wish you went with CW?
