If you are going to VIR with fresh pads and rotors, you absolutely shouldn't need any spares...if you are using good equipment

I just did Day 9 (an additional 34 laps) on the CSG C1X....and the OG Giros are still on there at half life. Was even running stickier rubber this time with A052 and VR2.
Remember that OEM Brembo Rotors actually cost MORE than Giros -- they are between 400-500 per rotor, and shouldn't be serviced. Giros are 800 for both -- and replacement rings are only 600.
In addition to cost savings long term, you are also looking at increased thermal efficiency and performance for less.
