Interesting question, curious about what context makes you want to extract from this information?

My guess is no. Why would they? It's a severely limited edition Honda, and while to me I don't see the appeal, I'm sure there were plenty more people that did than units that were built. If I'm a dealer I'm jacking it up to whatever someone's willing to pay for it, because how many chances do you get to capitalize on something like that as a Honda dealer?

And wouldn't you get better results on the FK8 forum? I know that sounds pretentious but honestly I think you would.

The only two that I know for sure about went for $53K and $54K.
I'd guess the number of MSRP sales is real close to zero.

Does painting a non-LE FK8 yellow and selling it at MSRP count? :flame:
JK, nobody did that...that I know of.

The above thread from civicx.com may help find what you are looking for, but in short, as far as I recall, the only dealers who sold the LE at MSRP were one, possibly only two dealers. My recollection of these dealers was one in Aurora IL and another in North or South Dakota (who only sold to in state residents).

I bought my CTR LE brand new for $49,750 from Jenkins Honda in Leesburg FL which was just shy of $5k over MSRP in May 2021, and I sold it 3 months ago to Avenues Honda in Jacksonville FL where it has sat on their showroom floor ever since with a sign on it saying, "not for sale". I would have never gotten rid of my CTR LE if it weren't for me falling absolutely in love with the Lotus Emira, which I just took delivery of yesterday.

IMO, the CTR is the absolute best bang for your buck. It is IMO the best daily driver for its price range but also a great weekend warrior/garage queen only style vehicle for that type of owner.

Honestly, I have a CTR FL5. But I am trying to see….if an FL5 LE comes out…where I would or should look to get a good deal. I know I sound crazy but…yeah.

Thanks for sharing this. It seems you (and others) went to hell and back tracking down an LE at a price point you were comfortable with. Good on you for putting in the work to get what you wanted.

There is a dealership near dayton ohio that sold their 1 and only LE at msrp.

I've bought an fk8 and an fl5 at that dealer, both at msrp.

It's likely one of the OH dealerships that will only sell to local clients (i.e., in-state).
