Considering the coin dropped on the HPFP, I certainly hope that Full Race and/or Nostrum figure out and offer a reliable solution for free to those that already purchased.

I have yet to install the HPFP. When I contacted Full Race to inquire about a replacement high-pressure fuel line, I was immediately directed to contact Nostrum for any warranty/support claims.

Yes Sir. This is their MO. Full Race is nothing but a stamped name on that pump. They literally and figuratively do NOT stand behind that product .0000001%.

This is a Nostrum product and problem. I doubt they will come up with any solution. They released the V3 line not that long ago. Since it was an installation error of course. ((Sarcasm))

The funniest part is it's just a Audi pump. The one part they designed is the issue.

I have stood behind Full Race for decades/various builds and guess that times have changed when it comes to partnering and rebranding with other manufacturer products. In the past, anything from Full Race was top notch where in-house development, robotic welders, and engineering research resulted in a quality product that was second to none. I also appreciated their attention to detail and perfection when I was working with Geoff directly to have Full Race develop a custom manifold and compressor housing for my 2006 Civic Si build.

I certainly hope that Full Race takes the lead and remembers their engineering roots to figure out a solution to the high-pressure fuel line connection failure. Considering the engineering involved with developing the pump itself, I would think that a simple solution may work to eliminate the point of failure (e.g., provide a replacement high-pressure fuel line that has a welded connection to an integrated and replacement fuel rail).

Full Race, in partnership with Nostrum released this pump around July 2024. Since that time, they have directed all issues, problems, and concerns directly to Nostrum. No customer service whatsoever. I seriously doubt they are going to take the lead and fix this issue. More than likely because that would throw a wrench in their business partnership strategy.

Yes, Nostrum is using the Euro cheat code on this one for sure. Of course adapting it to the FL5. It works and is not the problem however.

Yes, this is very disappointing considering the price of entry for this setup was so high. 😕
